Bright Idea Builders was born from a background in construction related real estate investing. After decades of performing and managing his own projects ranging from rehabs to ground up commercial and residential developments, Kevin Mills partnered with a friend with a family history of building to form Bright Idea Builder with a simple premise; Do a good job, quality service, materials and workmanship for the right price. We won't bid a low price on a project just to get it and end up having to use sub standard equipment, materials and labor or have to charge the client more once into the project. We will be honest and communicate with our clients so they know what is going on with their project every step of the way. Our clients come first.
